If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the growing list of states with similar statutes — this supplements our Privacy Policy and takes precedence over it where the two diverge.
Whether We Sell or Share
Personal information is not sold for money by Travelrebuild. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.
Control You Have
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.
Which Categories We Handle
Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.
Requesting Action
Requests go to hello@travelrebuild.com. If all you want is to opt out, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser does it without contacting anyone — the signal is honoured automatically. We verify by corresponding with the email address the request came from, and answer inside the statutory window. Agents acting on your behalf need written authorisation.
